Whilst working as a letting agent during his time at university, Moulham took a keen interest in property having seen what was being achieved by local property developers. After a few years of working in other business sectors, he took the leap of faith to found Silvercrow in 2014 with the simple desire to bring an all together brighter, more interesting offering to home buyers. Starting out with simple renovations and extensions, he has grown the business to become one of South London’s most prominent property developers, currently creating in excess of 30 homes a year. Moulham spearheads the organisation and is responsible primarily for site acquisition, finance and sales. He has also always had a strong influence on the company’s design aesthetic and quality control. When not on site, Moulham can be found tinkering under a car bonnet or on the race track enjoying his love of automotive engineering. With meticulous attention to the small stuff and constantly learning new ways of doing things, it’s an approach he carries through to his work.
Having worked on a large range of construction projects throughout his career to date, Nathan brings a varied perspective to Silvercrow having previously worked on site as a carpenter and a senior site manager running a number of bespoke high end residential projects before joining Silvercrow in 2018. Nathan focuses on the management of the development projects from acquisition through planning approval and construction. He has an in-depth knowledge of construction and building regulations with a degree in Construction Management and membership to the Chartered Institute of Building. When he’s not enthusiastically solving the puzzles of construction, Nathan can be found on the golf course come rain or shine.
Hailing from a mixed background of residential and commercial projects, Peter has successfully helped deliver high end residential projects for private clients in Central and South London, as well as Cat B office fit outs for significant corporate clients in the central London area. He joined Silvercrow in 2021 and is involved in projects from planning to completion. Originally from Poland, he settled himself in the UK construction industry, quickly rising through the ranks from handyman, to foreman, to junior manager. Peter is an enthusiastic gamer, through which he hones his strategy and management skills.
Silvercrow’s resident expert on all things colour, design and flora. Sara focuses on creating cosy and bright spaces using a soft colour palette and materials that bring texture and beauty. Sara has been on board at Silvercrow since the very beginning, bringing her fresh approach to interior design. She also spearheads our social media content. Sara enjoys painting abstract art. She is also a qualified primary school teacher, with a strong passion for children’s mental wellbeing and equity in the curriculum.
A brindle and white Whippet, Ziggy is Silvercrow’s faithful office dog. Super sociable and endlessly happy, Ziggy offers a never ending supply of cheer. She can sometimes be found surveying our sites, or searching out the next opportunity. More often than not however, you’ll find Ziggy snuggling up on the office sofa catching some hard earned Zzzs.

social
responsibility
We believe it is our responsibility to support the local areas where we work through employment of local people and businesses, communicating with our neighbours and the community, and providing homes that sit well and positively contribute to the housing requirements of our neighbourhoods.
Charity We are proud supporters of Centerpoint. Having a roof over your head should be considered a basic human right. That's why as well as helping to alleviate the housing crisis by bringing new homes to the market, we are also a Centrepoint partner, making an annual donation of a portion of our profits to support the most vulnerable in our society.
